One word a day. One ink piece. Lots of animals.
Inktober is a worldwide drawing challenge for visual artists: paint, pen, or otherwise create one drawing per day for the entire month of October based on the pre-determined prompts.
I took this one step further. Expanding my taste for black-and-white plus gold, I explored artistic ideation by incorporating multiple elements into each painting based on what I love most: animals.
From bears to birds, to deer and dogs – each day’s art explores hidden layers of meaning. See if you can find them.
I am posting these here to share my story, celebrate a successful month of creation over consumption, and open the floor for custom work. I take on a limited number of commissioned pieces in this style and others. Shoot me a message if you are interested.
PS: Which day’s custom art is your favorite? Let me know.
